Galatasaray has not given up on the Juventus midfielder

President Galatasaray, Dursun Ozbek, insists his team has not given up in the signing of Juventus midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah Galatasaray will try again in the next transfer window.

Asamoah has actually agreed to join Galatasaray in the transfer market then. He will receive a fee of 3.7 million euros a season with the Turkish club. This figure is bigger than what he got in the Bianconeri squad.

“In the end, Juventus would not let him go,” Uzbek told Fanatik.

“We already have an agreement with Asamoah, and we will repeat our offer on the winter transfer market,” Uzbek added.

Last season, the 28-year-old recorded 24 matches with The Old Lady. In fact, during pre-season, Asamoah was also played by Coach Massimiliano Allegri and had made captain during the match against Melbourne Victory at the ICC on 23 July.

On this basis also, Juventus management insisted on maintaining Asamoah in the 2017-2018 season. Moreover, they have not found a replacement player who can play as left back, left wing, and this central midfielder.

Asamoah himself has strengthened Juventus since 2012. He has appeared in 133 matches and scored five goals.
